Mission
Art holds immense potential — it is a testament to the human condition across time and space. It invites us to think in metaphor, expand our inner landscape, and awaken to a new perception.
For centuries, people have gathered around fire — sharing stories, expressing emotions, and forging deep connections. Such a context became a catalyst for transformation, where, much like alchemy, the unseen was illuminated. Art, too, holds this flame.
In the artistic process of creation, a qualitative shift transforms the ordinary into something precious — paint into otherwise inexpressible emotions and narratives, twenty-six letters of the alphabet into timeless poetry, or musical tones into symphony.
ARTIMIST tunes into this alchemy, where — in the profound experience of creation — life and art align.
Founder
Kristína Jarošová has dedicated much of her professional life to curating, filmmaking, and art advisory — bridging artistic vision with thoughtful storytelling.
She co-founded and directed ART FOND, shaping the vision of one of Central Europe’s largest bank art collections; directed and produced the documentary art series MANIFEST; and collaborated as an independent curator across both private and public sectors.
Her relationship with art deepened through academic study of Contemporary Art Theory at Goldsmiths College, London, and the Faculty of Arts at Comenius University, with further insight gained through programs at the Sotheby’s Institute of Art, later joining the Sotheby’s Preferred Programme in London.
Over time, her path expanded into the field of body–mind practices and personal development, with a special interest in intuitive, embodied, and therapeutic ways of engaging with art. This evolution led to the creation of ARTIMIST — a platform that bridges the world of fine art and inner exploration in an intentional, innovative, and experiential way.

My journey
“Art has always been integral to my life—shaping my environment, thinking, and being.
After ten years of curating exhibitions, I began questioning the traditional ways in which visual art is presented and received. At the same time, while acquiring and shaping numerous art collections—including my own—I started wondering: Why are we drawn to certain types of art, and what does it reveal about us?
My own transformational journey deepened this inquiry—unveiling subconscious patterns, emotional imprints, and the forces shaping my perception. I began to see art as a guide: a mirror of the self, and a path to authenticity and connection.
Amid the influx of art presentations, digital opportunities, and fast-paced living, I longed for a setting where art could be experienced more profoundly, creatively, and joyfully. A space where one can slow down, tune in, and unlock the unseen layers.
This vision gave birth to ARTIMIST—a space for curiosity, exploration, and deepened connection with both art and self. Not as a destination, but as a path itself.
